Pirate Nation: Beyond the Seven Seas
Hello Pirates! Today we’re excited to announce our new role structure for the Pirate Nation discord. As a member of the Pirate Nation, you’ll be able to fulfill tasks across the seven seas and receive a role for your efforts. If you manage to collect all the roles across the seven seas, you’ll be eligible to claim a limited edition Pirate ship and be added to the Goldlist where you’ll receive a guaranteed spot to mint our Pirate NFTs for less than the public sale price. This article will go through each of the seas and what you can do to become the Prince of the Seven Seas.
Sailing the Seven Seas
In your journey with the Pirate Nation Community, you’ll be able to visit each of the seven seas in our Discord:
- Adriatic Sea
- Aegean Sea
- Mediterranean Sea
- Caribbean Sea
- Caspian Sea
- Arabian Sea
- Pacific Sea
We’ll release all the details on what you can do to get each role over time, but a hint on how to get the roles will be to take part in the limited-time events with your comrades as you interact with the community on Discord. We’re excited to start hosting fun events such as boss fights and activities where you’ll work together to succeed, receiving roles and fun prizes (such as Pirate Gold) along the way.
To kick off this journey, we’ll go over the first two seas and how to receive the roles to start your journey on receiving a limited edition ship.
The Adriatic Sea: Community and Union
The Adriatic Sea was a closed sea that saw a lot of cooperation with Italian powers and Serbian merchants.
To get this role, you’ll have to prove that you are a fundamental part of the Pirate Nation Community.
Since this role is all about Community and Union, it can be awarded for: posting a high quality meme in the memes channel, writing up a story in Pirate Tales, helping other pirates, answering FAQs, helping people around Discord, and attending other limited-time events. As a result of your efforts, you’ll receive the Adriatic Sea role.
The Aegean Sea: Competitiveness
Drenched in Greek Mythology, the Aegean Sea was known in Ancient Greece as Archipelago, or “the Chief Sea,” a contested sea filled with valuable trade routes between countries.
As such, this role can be earned through competitions, response to aggression, rivalries, etc…
There will be tasks that you can fulfill to get the Aegean Sea role, such as beating raids together with your Pirate crew, earning any one of the new miscellaneous roles we have added, and winning a duel against 3 people. You’ll receive roles for each of these actions which will represent your progress; once you receive the necessary roles, you’ll be able to receive the Aegean Sea role.
New Roles
We are also adding some fun new roles that we will continue to add on to. These new roles will help you join the ranks of the Goldlist as well as be important to getting the roles for the seven seas so you can get your limited edition ship. We will be adding more roles soon so stay tuned for those updates!
Cabin Boy: Default Role.
Navigator: Serves as the helper in the Discord. Helps introduce new users into the community.
Helmsman: Documenting research, translations, etc…
Sailing Master: Limited roles given to the ARG puzzles
Powder Monkey: Elite “memers” in the community
Pirate Chef: Post good food pics in the Discord channel
Recruiter: Invite over 10 members
Drunken Sailor: Make your own funny backstory in the Pirate Tales channel
Shanty Master: Win a Karaoke event
Boss Slayer: Participate and win a boss fight
We may also offer Pirate Gold Giveaways to members who have these roles so make sure to sleep with one eye open so you don’t miss out. These will be the first two roles you can earn out on the seven seas and we will open up more information about the other roles soon. We have a lot of fun events and exciting news as we gear up for launch, so we hope to see you soon!
